Privacy policy

This policy explains what information this website collects, how Atlas Capital Infrastructure LLC uses it, who processes it on our behalf and how you can exercise your rights over it. It applies to www.atlascapitalinfrastructure.com and to the inquiries you send us through it. It does not apply to the use of Atlas ABS, which is governed by the written agreement under which the platform is provided.

Who we are

This website is operated by Atlas Capital Infrastructure LLC (“Atlas”). Our postal address is 6500 River Place Blvd, Building 7, Austin, Texas. Atlas decides how and why the information described in this policy is used, and is its controller where data protection law uses that term. You can reach us through the contact form.

What this site collects

Information you submit. When you write to us through a form on this site, the form asks for some or all of your name, work email, organization, your position in a transaction, a subject (or, on the ABS East page, your preferred meeting day) and a message, and records the time you sent it, the page from which you sent it and the country your connection comes from. Only the work email is required. The form delivers your submission to our inbox through the form delivery service named below. Before a form is sent, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that it comes from a person rather than an automated program; to do this it processes technical information about your browser and device.

Server logs. The provider that hosts this site records each request in a server log: the IP address, the user agent string of your browser, the page requested and the time. The logs are held by the hosting provider and used to operate and secure the site.

Cookies and local storage. Atlas sets no cookies and serves no advertising. On pages with a form, Cloudflare Turnstile runs its check in your browser; Cloudflare states that it uses the information it collects to provide and improve that check, not for advertising. This site uses your browser’s local storage for one purpose: to remember that you dismissed an announcement, so that the announcement is not shown to you again. That entry stays in your browser, is never sent to us and is removed when you clear your browser’s site data. The site runs no analytics or tracking scripts.

How we use it

We use the information you give us to respond to your inquiry and to arrange and prepare for conversations and meetings. We use server logs to keep the site available and secure. We keep records where the law requires it.

We do not sell or rent personal information, do not use it for advertising and do not use it to make automated decisions about you.

Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries and running our business, on your consent where you choose to submit a form, and on our legal obligations.

Who processes it

Atlas uses a small number of service providers to run this site and to handle inquiries. Each processes information only on our instructions and only for the purposes above. We also disclose information where the law requires it and to professional advisers bound by confidentiality.

Form delivery

Cloudflare, Inc. (United States). Receives form submissions, checks them with Cloudflare Turnstile and delivers them to our inbox.

Hosting

Cloudflare, Inc. (United States). Serves the site and holds the server logs.

Email

Google Workspace, Google LLC (United States). Hosts the inbox in which inquiries are received and kept.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object to or restrict our use of it, to receive it in a portable form and to withdraw consent. Use the contact form. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. We respond within the time the applicable law requires, we do not charge for requests and we do not treat you differently for making one.

Children

This site is for professionals and institutions. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under eighteen.

Changes

We will post any change to this policy on this page with a new effective date. Last updated: 16 October 2026.

Intellectual property

Atlas, Atlas ABS and the Atlas wordmark are marks of Atlas Capital Infrastructure LLC. The content of this site may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission, other than for your own reference.

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. Atlas does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.

Disclosures

Atlas Capital Infrastructure LLC builds and operates Atlas ABS, infrastructure for asset-backed transactions after they close, designed for use by the lenders, issuers, servicers, trustees and investors in a transaction, each from its own seat.

Atlas provides the platform only under a written agreement. It is not a party to any transaction that runs on it: it is not a trustee, servicer, backup servicer, paying agent, custodian, structurer or adviser on any deal, and the platform does not execute payments, hold funds, or custody assets. Atlas is not a bank.

Statements on this site about the company, its technology and the way it works describe the company as of 16 October 2026 and may change. Statements about intentions and plans are forward-looking and are not guarantees.

Fraud and impersonation

Atlas never sends or changes payment instructions by email. Nor does it send, confirm or change them by text message or telephone call.

If you receive a message in Atlas’s name that contains wire instructions, asks for a change to payment details, asks for credentials, or asks you to act urgently on a transaction, do not act on it. Confirm it with the person at Atlas you already deal with, through a channel you already use, before doing anything. Report suspected impersonation through the contact form.

Atlas publishes its people on this site and does not publish an email address for inquiries. A message claiming to come from Atlas, or from anyone not listed here, should be treated with care until you have confirmed it through a channel you already use or through the contact form.
