People
The people behind the work.
Leadership drawn from operations and engineering, working as one team with veterans of structured finance.
Leadership.
Who they are, where they have worked, and what they answer for at Atlas.

Anthony Santoro
Co-Founder and Chief Executive OfficerAnthony Santoro has spent nearly two decades building operations and technology infrastructure across healthcare, consumer products, industrial distribution and technology. He began his career restructuring underperforming divisions within a native e-commerce company, and went on to build consumer brands from inception at Trident Brands Inc. He subsequently served at R.L. Deppmann, a century-old industrial distributor, where he was responsible for a standalone business unit and directed the firm's digital strategy and transformation, establishing the company's first digital revenue model and carrying a legacy institution into the digital economy. Since 2013, he has also maintained an executive advisory practice, advising some sixty companies.
In 2025, Santoro initiated Atlas Capital Infrastructure to confront the technology failures endemic to post-close asset-backed securities administration, uniting veterans of structured finance with accomplished software engineers to resolve operational problems of genuine consequence. He authored the Atlas ABS product specification and built the company's market intelligence directly from primary sources. At Atlas, Santoro serves as Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, responsible for the company's commercial model, product direction and strategy.
The pattern across his career is consistent: entering complex markets without a playbook, mapping them from primary sources, and converting that map into an operating business. Atlas is that discipline applied at scale.

Cooper Sellers
Co-Founder and Chief Technology OfficerCooper Sellers is a technology executive and software architect with more than 25 years of experience building platforms where accuracy, security and uptime are non-negotiable. He began his career at Raytheon developing reconnaissance training systems, then built optimization engines at Navitaire used by airlines to recover operations during large-scale disruptions. He later co-founded a compliant data archival platform for regulated healthcare providers and led back-end architecture at Ziff Davis for properties including PCMag, Mashable and RetailMeNot, serving tens of millions of monthly users.
At Atlas, Sellers is the principal architect of the platform, owning the core architecture, data model, security framework, integration strategy and technology roadmap. Working alongside structured finance practitioners, he translates post-close workflows, payment waterfalls, compliance reporting and multi-party transaction coordination into software institutions can run their daily operations on.
The pattern across his career is consistent: complex, regulated, operationally unforgiving domains, delivered as dependable software. Structured finance is the same class of problem.
